A total of 2,237 people will be recruited for 12 posts. This time manpower will be recruited through competitive examination rather than outsourcing. The last date of application is 31 January 2023.

LGED Job Circular 2023
The Local Government Engineering Department, also known as LGED for short, is a department of the Government of Bangladesh. It is designed to plan and implement infrastructure development projects in rural areas.
Manpower will be recruited for 2,237 vacancies in this department. A recruitment notice in this regard has been published on 26 December 2022.

- First, you need to visit the lged.teletalk.com.bd link.
- Click on the Application Form option from the page displayed on the screen.
- You will see a total of 12 post names on the screen. Select one and press the Next button from below.
- Now select No.
- You will get the online application form of the desired local government engineering department.
Application Fee Payment Method
The application fee is BDT. 112/- for the posts mentioned in the first circular and BDT. 223/- for the posts mentioned in the second circular.
How to submit the application fee through two SMS is shown below-
First SMS: Type LGED <Space> User ID and send to 16222 number.
Second SMS: Type LGED <Space> YES <Space> PIN and send to 16222 number.

LGED Job Exam Date & Admit Card 2023
First, the written test will be held. Then viva and practical exam will be held in phases. Eligible candidates will be informed about these exam dates through SMS in due course.
But every candidate will need an admit card to participate in these exams. You will also receive instructions on how to collect the admit card via SMS.
