BTCL or Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Limited is one of the largest telecommunication companies in Bangladesh. After the independence of Bangladesh, the company was established under the name of Bangladesh Telegraph and Telephone Board. Which was known as BTTB for short.
However, on July 1, 2008, BTTB became a public limited company. Later its name was changed to Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Limited (BTCL for short). According to Wikipedia, the company currently has 12,636 employees.

Eligibility to Apply
Age: The maximum age of the candidate must be 30 years on March 25, 2020. And the maximum age limit for quota-holder candidates is 32 years. However, in the case of candidates who are currently working in BTCL, the age is relaxed.

Note that you cannot apply if you have passed the third class/equivalent grade at any stage of your education life.
Application Deadline
The online application process for recruitment will start on 15 December 2022 at 10.00 am. The application process will continue till 05.00 pm on 13 January 2023. Interested candidates must apply within the stipulated time.

- Click on the “Application Form” option from the page displayed on the screen.
- Click on “Assistant Manager (Technical) or Assistant Manager (Finance/Acct./Audit/Rev)”.
- Are you a premium member of AllJobs? Select “Yes” or “No” then click “Next”.
- You will get the application form. Now follow the instructions, fill out the application form and submit.
Application Fee Payment Procedure
You will get an applicant’s copy if you fill out the application form properly online. The application fee 1,000/- Taka has to be paid using the User ID in the applicant’s copy.
You need to use Teletalk Prepaid SIM to pay the application fee. The payment method is given below.
First SMS: Write BTCLR <space> User ID and send SMS to 16222.
Second SMS: BTCLR <space> Yes <space> PIN and send SMS to 16222.

BTCL Exam Date 2022
All applicants must first participate in the written exam. The exam will be of 80 marks. The pass number will be 40. Out of all the candidates who will pass the written exam, the first 300 applicants will get the opportunity to participate in the viva exam.
The total marks of the viva exam will be 20. The pass number will be 10. If you want to get an appointment in BTCL, you must pass the viva examination.
The date and place of the written exam will be published on the official website of BTCL in due course. Candidates selected for the viva exam will be informed about the date and place of the exam through SMS.
BTCL Admit Card Download
A notice will be given on the official website regarding the download of admit card. Eligible candidates will also be notified by SMS. For this, all the applicants have to keep the mobile number given at the time of application active.
Note: User ID and Password will be required to download BTCL Recruitment Exam Admission Card.
